MEN INTERESTED IN GROOVE The following requirements must be satisfied before a man can be considered for induction into an orientation and development program authorized by the National Office of Groove Phi Groove Social Fellowship, Inc. GRADUATE MEMBER QUALIFICATIONS: Submission of an official membership application; Attainment and proof of a degree from a 4-year college degree, or proof of a 2-year degree from a 2-year college (e.g., a junior college, community college, or business school) ** No current or past memberships in other fraternities, except for those considered as an academic or honorary type organization. Current or past memberships in organizations like the Masons, Jaycees and Elks are acceptable Submission of an initiation fee payment. ** Candidates without a 4-year degree, but who have proof of a minimum 2-year degree may apply, but will require approval from a regional director. UNDERGRADUATE MEMBER QUALIFICATIONS: Submission of an official membership application Current enrollment as a full-time student at a 4-year college or university, or current enrollment as a full-time student at a 2-year junior college, community college, or business school A minimum 2.3 grade point average (4.0 grade scale); classification as a sophomore or greater, or a second-semester freshman with a minimum 2.5 grade point average; No current or past memberships in other fraternities, except for those considered as an academic or honorary type organization.
